Qi Gong is a preventative health care system that combines movements, breath, visualizations, sound,  and self-massage. Qi (pronounced Chee). Qi is the life force or vital energy that animates all living things and is the energy that flows through our universe. Hebrew called it Ruach, in India it’s Prana, and in Chinese it’s Qi. This life-force energy brings miracles to our body, mind and spirit.  Gong (Gung) means to cultivate or develop a skill. Qi Gong is a system to cultivate more energy and less stress.
